1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to site owners, and improve the user experience.
In addition to cookies, similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags may be used. References to "cookies" in this policy include these related technologies.
2. Cookies We Use
We group cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always used; the others only if you accept them in the cookie banner or under “Cookie Settings” at the foot of every page.

Microsoft Clarity, Meta and Google may also set cookies on their own domains (for example clarity.ms, facebook.com or google.com), under their own policies, and only after you accept the corresponding category.
No cookies, no consent needed: we also count visits in aggregate with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Local storage: some features keep data in your browser only for things you ask for: group drafts, the support chat, safety information saved for offline use or a notice you have closed. This data is not used to track you.
Payment: the payment page is run by Stripe on its own domain (checkout.stripe.com), with cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
Telcomia app: the iPhone app does not use cookies. The pages of this website that it opens (help and legal texts) show no cookie banner and load no analytics or advertising.
3. How to Manage Cookies
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Here is how to do it in the most common browsers:

- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of our website (e.g., you may not be able to remain logged in).
You can also adjust your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.
4. Cookie Consent
In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the GDPR, we only use non-essential cookies if you accept them. On your first visit you will see a banner with three options of equal weight: accept all, reject optional cookies or customise. Your choice is stored for 6 months, after which we ask again; we also ask again whenever this policy changes in a way that affects you.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie Settings” at the foot of every page. When you withdraw a category, we delete its cookies on our domain and stop loading its services.
If you arrive through an affiliate’s link without accepting marketing cookies, nothing is stored on your device: during that visit, the link applies the affiliate’s discount code (the same for all their customers), so you get their discount and the sale is credited to them. On a later visit, the sale is credited to them only if you enter their code when paying.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
