One system covers family, school and work.
Parents manage their kids' eSIMs. Check connection status, view location when needed, and keep everyone connected without juggling local SIMs in every country.
Teachers responsible for 30 students at home or abroad. Check who has active data, contact whoever fell behind, and consult locations under the consent given by each parent or legal tutor at group join.
Managers with their team in the field. Make sure everyone is connected and operational at trade shows, events or international rollouts. Connection status, usage, and multilingual support.
When the organizer pays for the group (family or school), every invited member —or the legal tutor of a minor— accepts the group's safety setup at the moment of joining, before any payment. In groups where each adult pays their own plan, no supervision is set up.
When inviting a member to a supervised group, the system requires the email of the parent or legal tutor (for minors) or the member themselves (for adults). The recipient receives the invitation explaining the safety setup in plain language and must accept it before any eSIM is delivered.
Once accepted, the organizer can check member locations when they consider it necessary for the group's safety. There is no per-request notification because the consent was given upfront. Leaving the group is the way to stop sharing — the organizer is notified when a member leaves.
Telcomia uses each EU country's official age of digital consent (Spain 14, France 15, Germany 16, etc., per Article 8 GDPR). Below the age of consent, only the legal tutor can authorize — never the minor directly. Above it, the student themselves authorizes.
All consents, location queries and supervision actions are written to an append-only audit log designed to be exported in case of legal review. The organizer (school, family, company) is the data controller and Telcomia provides the tooling.
Runs in the browser in under five minutes.
Pick the type (family, school or team) and how many members. No card required until you decide to buy plans.
Each member gets a secure link. They accept, the legal tutor authorizes if it's a minor, and the eSIM is delivered.
From a single panel: each eSIM status, location with consent, data usage and instant kill switch.
Built on EU Directive 2015/637 on consular protection.
The group master sees usage, validity dates and activation status of each eSIM. Designed so a parent or a teacher understands what is happening at a glance.
When a member or their legal tutor accepts the group invitation, they consent to the organizer being able to check their location while in the group. No per-request notification, every check is logged, and sharing stops automatically when the member leaves.
You pay for everyone, each member pays their own, or set fixed options for minors in your care. Whichever fits the situation.
No surprises. The mode is decided when you create the group.
You buy plans for every member. Ideal for families travelling together or companies covering connectivity for their team.
You invite the members and each picks and pays their own plan based on their destination. Useful for trips where every student or client covers their share.
Define up to three closed plan options. The legal tutor of the minor selects one and pays, keeping you informed of usage.
Two Spanish patent applications (OEPM) already filed cover the supervised-connectivity layer and the risk-scoring system. European filing in progress. EIC Accelerator (Horizon Europe) application underway.
No hard limit. The interface is optimised for groups of 2 to 50 members, enough for a family, a school class or a mid-sized company team.
The student doesn't receive an eSIM. No supervision can be set up without explicit authorization from the parent or legal tutor. The teacher cannot bypass this — it's enforced at the database level.
Not while the member is in the group. Location is part of the group's safety setup that the member or their legal tutor accepts at join. To stop sharing, the member leaves the group; the organizer is then notified. Existing eSIM data plans continue working until their natural expiration.
On Telcomia's EU-region Supabase database (Frankfurt). Location data is stored under the consent given at group join, is visible to the organizer and the member, and is deleted on group dissolution or when the member leaves the group.
Yes. As master you can dissolve the group whenever you want from your panel. eSIMs already delivered keep working until their natural expiration date.
In 200+ countries and territories. If the eSIM works, the group works: same coverage, same network quality.
No commitment, no card until you buy plans. Five minutes and it's running.
