If any provision of these Website Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Website Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Harju County (Tallinn), Estonia.

EU consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
